Crap, __did it again. Put money on a personal project & got burned. Again... I thought mabe if I put a little time in on repainting the back hatch of my ford escape, I could feel better.
Well the spray painting didn't work out. So I figured sence it would cost me around $100 to make a temp spray booth, I could just save time & just get the hatch powdercoated. In turn it would be a lot better looking plus it would be more resilentto whatever.
Well...it didn't turn out the way I wanted. First thing the hatch has what appears to look like bird buck shot dents. Then there's blisters in the coat. & not least chips at the edge's too.
Man, what a waste of money. It should have been done better, sence the powdercoater did a great job on other projects before...I really don't know what happened to the quality of work. But now I'm wondering if I should be a returning coustomer. The powdercoater is a nice person.
But come'on. Blisters in the coat? this is a novice's workmenship. Look's like I'm going to someone else for my powdercoat from here on.
I feel like the fates are toying with me again.
Life isn't bad tho' I got plenty of good in my life. In perspective I'm still moving forwerd. Even if parts of it is landing on my face.
